Join Michelle for a special evening workshop. Make your intention known as we set the stage for releasing what is stagnant and limiting and move with intention into a place of wisdom and clarity. This class will be designed to help us settle deep within ourselves.   We will move into the body, listen, and plant the seeds for the energy of the Summer Solstice, allowing its light to shine where there is darkness and stagnation.  This class will offer an hour of vinyasa flow to ground us into the body and into the present.  Creative music will play to inspire and open us to what is present. Savasana will invite us to move into deep relaxation accompanied by the sound, magic and healing of the crystal bowls.
