INVERSION + ILLUMINATION

A Full Flower Moon Yoga Practice for Renewal and Fresh Perspective
FRIDAY May 1, 5:30-7:30pm $40
The world sure feels a bit upside down. Even in spring’s bright bloom, we can feel the pull between what is ready to open and what still resists the light. The Full Flower Moon invites us to see more clearly — to honor what has blossomed and to gently release what no longer serves.
Under this luminous moon, we’ll explore the art of turning upside down — both physically and inwardly — as a way to meet the fertile disorientation of growth. Inversions invite us to shift perspective, root deeply, and find steadiness even when things don’t feel steady at all.
In this two-hour ritual-practice, we’ll move, reflect, and rest beneath the glow of the full moon — a time of blossoming, visibility, and illumination.
Together we will:
- Ground through intelligent shoulder and core preparation to build a steady foundation
- Explore accessible inversions (legs up the wall, supported shoulderstand, headstand variations)
- Offer optional pathways toward more adventurous shapes (forearm stand, handstand) with spotting and support
- Practice dynamic balance — finding fluidity rather than rigidity
- Journal and reflect under moonlight to honor what’s coming fully into bloom and what’s ready to release
- Close with grounding ritual and rest
This workshop welcomes all levels. Each inversion will include supportive options, props, and modifications. We’ll embrace balance not as stillness, but as attunement — strength woven with receptivity.
Under the Flower Moon’s light, we’ll practice being illuminated from within: rooted, open, and courageous enough to rise — even from upside down.
Come as you are — curious, unfolding, and in bloom.
