Class Levels

Introduction to Iyengar Yoga - Geared toward those who are new to yoga or new to Iyengar Yoga. Students are introduced to the basic principles of Iyengar Yoga.

Iyengar Yoga I - For those with Iyengar Yoga experience or at least 6 months in another tradition. Students work with basic standing, seated and twisting poses and are introduced to shoulderstand.

Iyengar Yoga II - For those who have developed confidence in the standing poses and shoulderstand. Forward bending, backward bending and headstand are introduced at this level.

Restorative - For those who are new to yoga, dealing with illness or injury, or simply want to practice gently. Using props to support the body comfortably in a basic asana and pranayama practice.
